Our lawyers represent a broad range of clients, from contract to closing and beyond, in commercial, retail, and residential development, as well as in sales, purchases and leases of all kinds of properties, condominium development and conversion. The Firm is particularly experienced and has great depth of personnel and experience in the land use area. We have guided some of the State's largest developments through complex land use reviews in such diverse areas as the Meadowlands, the Hudson River waterfront, suburban Morris County and the Atlantic shoreline. We have assisted clients in creative workouts of defaults on institutional and private financing and in partnership disputes involving troubled real estate projects. Our real estate clients include corporate tenants and owners, public companies, lending institutions, investors and developers ranging in size from individuals to the largest developers in the region.
