Governmental and Municipal Law

The Firm is well recognized as having substantial experience in representing government agencies on both the state and local level. Many of the Firm's practitioners have served in state and local government in the tri-state area, and therefore are well versed in the unique requirements incidental to serving various governmental entities. We currently act as counsel to a number of municipalities and other public agencies in New Jersey. We also represent other agencies in specialized areas such as land use, environmental, bond financing, public labor and employment law.
