The Firm advises companies and individuals with
respect to fair employment practices, benefits and work and safety standards.
We have experience in all types of employment cases under federal and
state law, including age, gender and race discrimination matters, wrongful
discharge claims, whistle blower actions, restrictive covenant litigation,
and those relating to employee disability. The Firm also represents
management and labor clients in matters ranging from organizational
campaigns, elections and unfair labor practice claims to contract negotiation
and administration, with particular emphasis in such businesses as construction,
transportation, natural resources, manufacturing and publishing. We
have tried numerous matters before the NLRB and a wide variety of administrative
tribunals and have handled appeals of such matters to the federal appellate
courts.
