In addition to traditional financing transactions, the Firm has experience in financing through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, and is also "Red Book" listed as bond counsel and underwriters' counsel. Moreover, because financing of real estate in New Jersey often involves significant environmental issues, our environmental expertise is particularly helpful in closing such transactions. Indeed, we frequently serve as special counsel to many national companies and out-of-state law firms in real estate and finance transactions.
