Ms. Young joined Waters, McPherson, McNeill as an associate in 2007 following a clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court in Bergen County. Ms. Young served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence D. Smith (Ret.) in the Law Division and the Honorable Peter E. Doyne and the Honorable Robert P. Contillo in the Chancery Division. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University in 2003 and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2006. While at Albany Law School, she was a member of the Albany Law Review, serving on the editorial board as a Note and Comment Editor and was a member of the Justinian honorary scholarship society.
