Giovanni Regina graduated from Seton Hall
Law School in 1982 and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New
York. He clerked for F. Michael Curuso, J.S.C., in the Superior Court
of New Jersey, Essex County for one year after graduation. Giovanni
Regina joined the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office in Newark, NJ in
1983. As an Assistant Prosecutor Giovanni participated in over 50 trials.
From 1987 through 1992 Giovanni Regina worked as a trial attorney for
two in house insurance law firms, Issacson & Dougherty in Roseland,
NJ (Selective Insurance) and the law office of Steven A. Weiner in Secaucus,
NJ (Fireman’s Fund Insurance). At these offices Giovanni continued to
develop his expertise as a trial attorney representing the insureds
of these companies in various personal injury and products liability
lawsuits.
Giovanni Regina joined Waters, McPherson, McNeill, P.C., in June 1992, and became a partner in 1996. He has continued to be primarily a trial attorney, representing the firm’s clients as defendants in numerous New Jersey and New York personal injury lawsuits, including products liability, toxic torts, premises and professional liability matters.
Giovanni Regina is a member of the Defense Research
Institute, New Jersey Defense Association and Hudson County Bar
Association.
