Thomas J. O'Connor
Position: Member
Mr. O'Connor is a Senior Partner and has been
with the firm since 1981. His primary area of expertise is land use
and real estate development. He has extensive experience representing
developers and businesses requiring federal, state and/or local governmental
approvals for a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential
projects. He has been actively involved for many years in the expanding
area of redevelopment and urban renewal. In addition to appearing
before planning and zoning boards throughout North Jersey, Mr. O'Connor
has, for the past 19 years, been extremely active in representing
clients in matters before the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.
Mr. O'Connor is a 1980 graduate of Rutgers School of Law in Newark,
where he was Chairman of the Moot Court Board. He is a member of the
New Jersey State Bar Association, Land Use Law Section and a member
of the Hudson County Bar Association.
He serves on various advisory committees to the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission for proposed regulatory amendments and special projects.
