Kenneth
D. McPherson, Jr.

Mr. McPherson has been associated with the firm
since 1980. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from
Fordham University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School
of Law in 1982. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1982 and
in New York in 1983.
His practice has been concentrated in the areas of commercial law, regulatory
law, and litigation of real property matters. He has represented clients
at all levels of the State and Federal Court systems of New York and
New Jersey, and has appeared in more than 30 reported cases.
