A. McPherson
Position: Member
Mr. McPherson has been associated with the firm
since 1986. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from
LaSalle University in 1983 and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University
School of Law in 1986. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in
1986 and is a member of the New Jersey State and Hudson County Bar Associations.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Meadowland Regional
Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Seton Hall Law School Alumni
Association Council.
His legal activities have focused on real estate development, environmental
law and utility law practice. Clients to whom
he has provided services include Tropicana Products, Inc., Wakefern
Food Corporation, FedEx Ground (formerly RPS, Inc.), Tosco Refining
Company, United Water Resources, Hartz Mountain Industries.
