H. McNeill
Position: Member
Mr. McNeill is Managing Member for the firm.
He joined the firm in 1971. He received his Bachelor's Degree and Juris
Doctor from Seton Hall University. He was admitted to practice in New
Jersey in 1968 and is a member of the New Jersey State and Hudson County
Bar Associations. He served as a Trustee of the Hudson County Bar Association and has
acted as Chairman of the Annual Fund of the Seton Hall Law School and
the Seton Hall Reunion Campaign.
Over the years, his legal activities have included
real estate, finance, transactional, commercial, corporate, and labor
and employment law.
Representative Transactions. Matters have involved multi-million dollar
transactions relating to major financing, real estate development, and
corporate structuring, including such significant projects as Lincoln
Harbor in Weehawken, Overpeck Corporate Park in Ridgefield Park, The
Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City, the Tropicana Northeast
Regional Distribution Center in Jersey City, and Griffin Resorts in
Atlantic City. Activities have also included New Jersey Economic Development
Authority bond issues and other public bond financings.
