

Eric D. McCullough
Position: Associate
Mr. McCullough joined the firm in 2002, following
a clerkship with the Honorable James J. Petrella, P.J.A.D. He received
a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001, where
he was a member of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal, and a
Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in history from Saint Peter's College
in 1998.
Mr. McCullough's primary practice areas are civil litigation,
administrative law and appellate practice. He is admitted to practice
in the State of New Jersey (2001), the United States District Court,
District of New Jersey (2001), the State of New York (2002), the United
States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit (2005), the United States District
Court, Southern District of New York (2005) and the United States District
Court, Eastern District of New York (2005). Mr. McCullough is a member
of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Hudson County Bar Association.
