Robert S. Lipschitz

Mr. Lipschitz joined the firm as an associate in 2006. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rutgers College in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Lipschitz was the Senior Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Review and a mediator at the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County.

Mr. Lipschitz is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey (2006) and New York (2007). His primary areas of practice are civil litigation, appellate practice, administrative law, land use, and commercial law.
