Mr. de Armas joined the firm in 2004. He was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2003 and the State of New York in 2004. He received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Economics from Saint Peter's College in 1999 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003. Following graduation, Mr. de Armas served a clerkship for the Honorable Dorothea O’C. Wefing, J.A.D., in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the American and New York State Bar Associations, the Hudson County Bar Association, and the Hudson County Inns of Court. His practice areas include appellate and civil litigation, municipal and governmental law, public contracting, election law, real estate development, commercial law and administrative law.
