John J. Coats

Mr. Coats joined Waters, McPherson, McNeill as an associate in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Coats served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peter F. Bariso, Jr., J.S.C., Presiding Judge, Civil Division, Hudson County. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wake Forest University in 2003 and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006. While at Seton Hall Law School, he was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Bureau.
