Ms. Young joined Waters, McPherson, McNeill as an associate in 2007 following a clerkship in the New Jersey Superior Court in Bergen County. During her clerkship, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence D. Smith (Ret.) in the Law Division and the Honorable Peter E. Doyne and the Honorable Robert P. Contillo in the Chancery Division.

Ms. Young focuses her practice in the areas of land use, zoning, environmental and commercial real estate development. Other practice areas include appellate practice, estate matters, and complex commercial litigation matters.
