Joshua J. VandenHengel

Mr. VandenHengel is an associate at Waters, McPherson, McNeill. He joined the firm in 2008 following judicial clerkships with the Honorable John J. Harper, J.S.C. (Ret.) and the Honorable John B. Dangler, J.S.C. His law practice focuses on real estate development, land use, and environmental law.

While pursuing his law degree, Mr. VandenHengel clerked for the General Counsel of Transit Realty Associates, the designated representative of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) in all of its real estate transactions. He also drafted and presented a proposal before the City of Newton Economic Development Commission for the transit oriented redevelopment of MBTA-owned land in Riverside, Massachusetts servicing Amtrak, subway and bus lines.
