Eric D. McCullough

Member

Mr. McCullough joined the firm in 2002, following a clerkship in the New Jersey Appellate Division with the Honorable James J. Petrella, P.J.A.D.

Mr. McCullough’s practice is primarily focused on civil and appellate litigation. He has represented clients at all stages of litigation from drafting complaints through trial, and on appeal. Mr. McCullough’s cases include a multi-million dollar shareholder oppression/business valuation case involving a large northern New Jersey corporation, partnership dissolution cases, property ownership disputes, and a complex will contest trial.

Mr. McCullough also represents clients in appeals of local and State land use approvals, including challenges to redevelopment planning and defending challenges brought by third parties.

He also has experience in seeking and obtaining land use approvals for clients, including obtaining Federal, State, and local permits, drafting real estate contracts, and drafting commercial leases.

Mr. McCullough represents clients involved in municipal financing transactions, including as counsel to issuers, underwriters, and trustees, and as bond counsel.

Mr. McCullough has appeared in reported decisions in a variety of subject areas.
