Robert S. Lipschitz

Associate

Mr. Lipschitz focuses his practice on civil litigation, land use, appellate practice, contract disputes, administrative, and commercial law. Mr. Lipschitz handles all aspects of litigation on a broad range of substantive matters for corporate and private clients, including cases involving municipal redevelopment, condemnation, environmental remediation, real property litigation, dram shop actions, and toxic tort litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lipschitz was the Senior Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Review, served as a student-attorney for the Rutgers Constitutional Litigation Clinic, and served as a civil mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County.
