Susan C. Gieser

Senior Counsel

Ms. Gieser joined the firm in April, 2007. Prior to her association with this office, Ms. Gieser represented clients before the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in furtherance of obtaining State approvals for solid waste permits, underground storage tank clearance, NJPDES permits, treatment works approvals, wetlands permits, air permits, and clearances pursuant to the Industrial Site Recovery Act. She has also been involved in cases before the Office of Administrative Law and Federal and State courts involving disputes as to responsible party liability, directives and enforcement actions brought by Federal and State agencies for alleged violations of the New Jersey Spill compensation and Control Act, Solid Waste Management Act, Air Pollution Control Act, Clean Water Enforcement Act, Underground Storage Tank Act, Toxic Substances control Act and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act. Ms. Gieser has also written several publications.
